  8.               The Church Membership System (CMS) is a software program
  9.               designed to help you to better serve  your congregation.
  10.               It helps you to efficiently manage all  the  information
  11.               relating  to   your  church  members  including  mailing
  12.               addresses, attendance tracking, contributions, and much,
  13.               much more!

  15.               In CMS, your members are organized by  "Families".  Each
  16.               family has one or more "Members". A family may also have
  17.               a "Shepherd". Shepherds are members of your congregation
  18.               who look after one or more families. If you  would  like
  19.               to pass this program on to someone else  to  try, here's
  20.               what they have to have:

  22.               CMS.EXE, CMS.OVR, SCREEN.LIB.   All  files  that  end in
  23.               .CMS (or,  *.CMS), & .HLP(or, *.HLP) & .RPT (or,  *.RPT)
  24.  
  25.               If you copy these files to diskettes (it will take three
  26.               (3)  -  360K  diskettes),  then someone else can run the
  27.               program  on their computer.  When the program starts up,
  28.               CMS will  discover that there are no database files, and
  29.               create new ones - so you do not have to give away any of
  30.               your database information in order to share the program!

  32.               Mills & Associates Inc., believes that this  software  is
  33.               reasonably  free  from  bugs  and  defects   and  further
  34.               believes that it will perform substantially in accordance
  35.               with the documentation. However, Mills & Associates Inc.,
  36.               hereby   disclaims   all   warranties  relating  to  this
  37.               software, whether express  or  implied, including without
  38.               limitation  any  implied warranties of merchantability or
  39.               fitness for  a  particular  purpose.   In  no  event will
  40.               Mills & Associates  Inc.,  or  any  of  its  distribution
  41.               channels   be   liable   for   any  special,  incidental,
  42.               consequential,  indirect  or  similar  damages due to the
  43.               use of the program resulting in loss of data or any other
  44.               reason, even if Mills & Associates Inc., has been advised
  45.               of   the   possibility   of   such   damages.   Under  no
  46.               circumstances shall Mills & Associates'  (or  any  of its
  47.               distribution channels)  liability  for  any  damages ever
  48.               exceed  the  price  paid  for  the  license  to  use this
  49.               particular  software,  (CHURCH  MEMBERSHIP  SYSTEM - GOLD
  50.               SERIES,  VERSION  2.0)  regardless  of  the form  of  the
  51.               claim.  The person using this software bears all risks as
  52.               to   the   quality   and  performance  of  the  software.
